time to face the facts...

So i'm about to start the MK challenge in 60 minutes..and i just figured i'd post all of my up to date info...may add some pictures and post a before/after/weekly update thing [thoughts?]

i can feel ana creep back in though,as i'm typing this,alone in my apartment..the news is on to CNN and i'm about to type in my current measurements and weight and disgusting pictures. and i can feel it. the tingly,weak,empty feeling.oh how much i cherish that...

and so it begins...

Height: (just found out i'm taller than i though.hmm.) 5'4''
Weight: 144 lbs [thanks birth control which i no longer take b/c of THIS]
BMI: 24.7

Waist: 30''
Hips: 38''
Chest: 36''
Arm: 11''
Wrist: 6''
Inner thigh: 23''
Calf: 14''

My GOALS:

Weight: 110

I'd like to lose at least 3 inches off each measurement...[obvs. not my wrist]..more if possible.like my waist/hips// i'd be especially happy to lose 8/10 inches off of those areas.i'm now at the 45 minute mark. in less than an hour i'll be partaking in a movement to change my life with some wonderfully awesome ladies..and i'm sooo very excited!!
I need to get my homework done now..online college SUCKS!

  2. I'm so glad you're joining the challenge!! I think you should do the update thing, because it will help you keep track of your progress and help prove to yourself that you're actually getting results. Good luck :)

  3. yea, i've been updating on AMC with the other girls when i can..life just has been busy to update daily,but i'm staying strong..thanks for the encouragement!!
