holy foghorn batman

last night before i went to bed i decided to make a weekly calorie/food log to stay on track. i was thinking yesterdays damage would be horrendous because i felt like a whale (from dehydration) but i only consumed 338 calories. i was completely amazed.
does anyone know if there is a way to calculate calories burned from doing crunches/push-ups/yoga/etc....i have a heart rate monitor for when i run, i just need to know my total deficit.
i'm going to be making a poster board collage thing for my goals and numbers and some thinspo..i'm so excited. i love crafts!
i start my new job on wednesday.bright and early.i'll probably have to be awake by 7 am..which isn't that bad in the big girl world, but keep in mind i've been able to sleep in for the past month.it'll be an adjustment for sure.
oh another favor..does anyone know of any super low cal foods i could buy.i have rice cakes already.i'm not really vibing with food these days.tired to eat semi-normal for a days and it boated me up like a helium balloon.my friend from mississippi is going to visit me soon and he was my adderall supplier so maybe he'll give me the hook up.it seems to work the best to suppress my appetite.
on saturday my friends wanted to go to melt..a new-ish restaurant that specializes in grilled cheese.dairy makes you fat.fat.faat.
i tried to get away with eating just my salad and one bit of the sandwich, but my one friend caught on,( an old friend of both of us had anorexia..she went to treatment,sort of recovered but is still super tiny..) and called me out..damn.so i ate half of it.plus the fries.and half the salad.then rightfully shoved my fingers down my throat until i was satisfied nothing else was in my stomach.i felt like i let those people control me and i hate it.
but today is new and i'm empty ish...after my run i had a sliver or bunt cake..and it can't even count as a sliver because i could see through it.but nothing else is on the food agenda today, so mozeltov to me.
time to go wash of the days stink and filly by belly with diet aspertame filled coke. tootles

    about the low cal food... try negative calorie foods like celery, grapefruit, watermelon, etc. you can eat a buttload of those things and it doesn't even count. good luck, my dear! =]
