it's all about support

today i'm sad.
i broke my fast.
i had gone for a bout 24-28 hours on nothing but water and diet coke.
then i ate.
lite yogurt with organic granola.
romaine lettuce with cherry tomatos and a tsp of ranch dressing.
i feel shitty.
i went running to burn off the calories and the bloated feeling.
it just made me vomit.
i still feel bloated.

i had started my girl time on thursday night-ish...i'm done now and it's saturday...barely 2 days. :)

i'm soooo tired. i can't sleep though. i can never sleep. i just feel heavy and huge and uncomfortable.

i'm starting to get a headache.

and malorie..i know you tried hon, i know your mom practically force fed you. i'm sorry you had to deal with that.

i have a little under three weeks until my move.
i want to weigh 8-10 lbs less by then....
i think it's do-able.

when i lay on my side and curl up i can feel my hips rubbing against my ribs.
it's an odd, but wonderful feeling.
bone against bone...
hmm.

i think i'm going to get off of the computer now.do some crunches or yoga or something.who knows. [BTW: do cold showers REALLY work?]

  2. Oof, doesn't sound like fun. Only 2 day period? Your electrolytes could be seriously messed up. Drink plenty of water girlie.
